We will gather together over the summer solstice to explore an authentic expression of a spiritual relationship with the land in the present times.
We will honour the ancient traditions of the people and celebrate the sun.
We will tend the sacred flame, as we turn towards the dark half of the year.
Our ancestors said that Midsummer Night is a great holiday of joy, when all of nature and all people must be illuminated.
By celebrating this moment in the way our ancestors did, we can partake in the miracle of nature and recharge ourselves with health and good strength for the upcoming season.
What should you expect from Soul • Community • Cosmos?
We will catch the spark of our inner flame and light the fire of community in honor of the sun. We will dance with the wild ones, spend time alone wandering out on the land catching the calling song of soul and in ritual to deepen in to our intuitive knowing of the gifts we are bringing into the world.
Through dance practices and expressive art, we will follow the threads further, revealing the flame we are tending. Then, gathering the bundle of our gifts and visions, we will bring the snatches of soul song, of gesture and movement and dream images to the community of humans and be witnessed and welcomed as we carry our light into the dark.

- Dreams and visionary practices
- Encounters with the wild others and the cosmos
- Dance and movement practices to access and trust the wisdom of your body
- Reconnection to your body, emotions and embodied spirit
- Using art materials to connect to your inner world
- Nourishing the land, the fire and sun from the heart
What you will receive:
- A deeper connection with soul and spirit
- A felt-sense of your gifts that you are carrying into the world
- Practices for how to be in sacred conversation with the wild others
- Emotional and physical cultivation of your inner resources
- Embodied practices for visioning and manifesting your inner fire
- Nourished by the land and by community, you will gather resources for the next cycle of life

Your Guides
Sara McFarland
(she/they) is an improvisational nature-based singer, storyteller and ritual performance artist, naturopath, wilderness guide and mentor
Sara is a queer, soul-rooted guide who walks beside you through shadow and beauty, helping you reclaim your place in the Golden Web of Life. With fierce love, ritual, and imagination, they support deep healing and transformation through nature-based soul initiation.
Katja Wehe
Artist, Dance Therapist, Movement Medicine teacher
Katja listens with her hands and heart to the language of the Earth — a painter, gardener, and guide who invites us to reconnect with our wild imagination and the elemental magic within. Rooted in deep nature connection and playful creativity, her presence opens a soulful path back to the wisdom of Fire, Earth, Water, and Air.
